About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Experience of handling Industrialization & New Product Development projects
Lead in developing new machine, processes & installation etc.
Know-how of types of sensors, its application and knowledge of pneumatics required.
Participate in cross functional team to optimize manufacturing process and Process Engg for new product development projects.
Preparation of process documents PFMEA, PFD, CP & WI, driving process parameter through process validation.
Productivity improvement through cycle time reduction, process capability study Cp&Cpk.
Implementation of lean manufacturing in shopfloor.
Initiating & executing Low-Cost Automation, VAVE projects & Kaizen.

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.E Mechanical in Mechanical /Automobile with 6 – 8 years of experience
Should have hands on work experience for machining & Assembly (Engine/Gear box).
Knowledge about – machining programming (CNC, VMC) & Torquing tools
Awareness of APQP & PPAP process.
Reduction in internal & customer PPM.
Basic awareness of IATF, VDA, OHSAS and ISO 14001 management systems.
