About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive business growth and sales performance for ACU, SRS, and related automotive safety products.
- Develop product strategies and roadmap recommendations based on customer needs, market trends, and industry developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while leading business acquisition activities.
- Act as the primary interface between customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product positioning and business execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and strengthen competitiveness.
- Support product portfolio planning, pricing strategy, and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Monitor automotive safety regulations and technology developments to ensure alignment with industry requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the sustainable growth and profitability of the business.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or above; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, product management, or related roles within the automotive industry.
- Proven experience with ACU, SRS, or other automotive safety systems.
- Strong understanding of automotive safety products, customer requirements, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to translate product and market insights into commercial success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
