About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Passenger Vehicle sales in India, shaping strategy and market growth in a key region.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong senior experience in automotive sales, business development, or general management, ideally with a Tier-1 supplier.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, and execute customer strategies aligned with global roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of Indian OEMs, market dynamics, and strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with a strategic, results-driven mindset.
