About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for control system concept and architecture design, PLC software design and commissioning, electrical HW design (including BOM) and commissioning for test bench
Responsible for checking all the inputs for software design including cycle diagram, hardware drawing, supplier’s specification, control architecture etc.
Responsible for the software, hardware design and commissioning of third-party equipment or components
Selection and verification of local electrical components (including clarification of acquisitions)
Designing with the best Safety and Ergonomic practices.
Knowhow in local standards and governmental guidelines
Managing design reviews internally/ with customer.
BOM Creation and Cost calculation for Local Proposals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10-12 Years of Electrical Engineering/design working experience, dimensioning of Electrical Hardware sand good technical know-how in the field of automotive R&D testing or EOL testing, especially on new energy vehicle.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related major
EPLAN/Office/SAP Knowledge and skills
Experience of working on PLC’s
Knowledge of Europeans and Indian Electrical Safety Standards.
Having experience in Testing Industry, Battery testing Facility experience is an added advantage.
