About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsibility for the design, development, and scaling of AI-based solutions in the ADAS field
Disciplinary leadership of an interdisciplinary team (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers)
The team’s primary task is to generate synthetic data using artificial intelligence (Generative AI) for existing and future software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop test benches (SiL/HiL)
Selection, evaluation, and implementation of modern generative AI models (LLM-based generators, diffusion models, GANs, etc.)
Presenting results, technical concepts, and strategic approaches to executives and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience with driver assistance systems or autonomous driving functions; at least 3 years of professional experience in the relevant field
Knowledge of artificial intelligence (large language models, neural network training, world foundation models, etc.) and sensor data (camera, LiDAR, radar, etc.)
