About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
- Drive a structured, process-oriented way of working aligned with quality and delivery objectives.
- Apply strong Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge across development, validation, and release phases.
- Establish and maintain effective collaboration with global and cross-functional counterparts.
- Ensure clear, structured communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Motivate engineers to identify, implement, and sustain continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient project delivery.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- 12+ years of relevant engineering experience, including senior leadership or managerial roles
- Strong technical knowledge on Transmission and Axles products
- Solid understanding of SDLC and system development processes
- Proven people management, coaching, and leadership skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities
- Process-driven mindset with a focus on execution and results
