About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the system test/Sw Test strategy for the different system/SW verification maturity levels
- Define and publish metrics to drive the System test strategy / SW Test Strategies
- Plan and track test content
- Ensure deliverables are delivered in time, cost and quality according to the project milestones
- Recommend maturity level and allowed usage of products based on test results
- Represent System testing process in internal release reviews and ASPICE audits
- Drive continuous improvement in the System test strategy to achieve improved quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors / Masters degree in Electrical / Electronics/Mechanical/Control systems
- 8 to 12 years of automotive embedded development and testing experience
- Good hands-on experience with state of the art embedded SW testing methodologies
- Experience in project management
- Good knowledge on test management tools like PTC Integrity / DOORS
- Good knowledge on Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262
- Good communication skills
- Experience in testing electronic control systems in vehicle will be an added advantage
