About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support project status tracking, milestone monitoring, and KPI reporting
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and management presentations
- PM tool related End user support
- Support implementation of standardized PMO processes, templates, and frameworks
- Ensure compliance with stage-gate and governance models
- Assist in conducting internal PMO audits and health checks
- Maintain repository of best practices and lessons learned
- Ensure compliance with PMO processes, templates, and governance standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial / IT)
- Preferred Any Batchlor Degree full time or Management (Operations / Project Management)
- 3-5 years of experience
- Basic understanding of Project Management principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting
- Familiarity with PM Tools / Power BI (preferred)
- Basic understanding of automotive project lifecycle (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
