About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience of Sales (10-15 Year) in a similar Industry of testing Equipment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Strong Networking in Indian Automotive OEM’s as well as testing agencies.
