Key responsibilities & impact

Order intake according to defined rules
Book quotations according on requests by sales teams.
Book credit notes according to defined rules
Follow-up of orders in cooperation with central order management
Book delivery notes according to defined rules.
Customer and user administration for online services
Support in export document handling.
Create and analyze defined reports
Create Sets in SAP on request
Perform his tasks according to agreed service levels as well as working instructions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Min 4 Years of Experience in Order Management Role.
Good knowledge on SAP SD module
PC skills (Microsoft Office)
Good communication, Flexible to Shifts
Power BI expertise is required( Certified Powe BI)
