About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary contact for customer support and service requests
- Perform service activities for ZF test systems, including tire testing
- Implement system optimizations and manage software roll-outs in coordination with the project and service team
- Commission test systems with a focus on control and automation technology
- Analyze complex, interdisciplinary issues and define corrective actions
- Carry out maintenance, calibration, and upgrades of testing systems
- Provide troubleshooting support remotely or on-site at customer locations
- Deliver onsite production support to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct customer training sessions to ensure proper system usage
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification
- Extensive knowledge in control and automation technology for technical systems
- Several years of professional experience with test stands or production machinery
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Good English skills and high willingness to travel.
