About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical assistance and support to customers through on-site visits and remote service
- Deliver technical presentations and training on our products to applicators, drivers, sales representatives and students, working with fleets, distributors, retailers, workshops, end customers and educational institutions
- Provide technical consultancy to fleets in coordination with internal and external commercial partners, focusing on information management and monitoring product performance
- Collect and analyze information and develop technical support materials and reports
- Provide technical support for customers' warranty processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering or related fields
- Advanced English; Spanish is a plus
- Experience in technical assistance or after-sales support for fleets in the commercial vehicle segment
- Experience developing and delivering presentations and training related to the automotive technical area
- Availability to work in the field in the Curitiba area
