About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop ZF technical consulting for fleets in collaboration with internal and external commercial partners to provide technical influence on sales, acquire new customers (brand conversion), identify field opportunities, and retain existing clients.
Collect and analyze information and develop technical support materials for customers.
Provide technical assistance and support to customers through on-site visits and remote service.
Deliver technical presentations and training on our products to installers, drivers, salespeople and students, operating in fleets, distributors, retail, workshops, end customers and educational institutions.
Provide technical consulting for fleets, together with internal and external commercial partners, focused on information management and monitoring product performance.
Collect and analyze information and produce technical support materials and reports.
Provide technical support for customer warranty processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
Advanced Spanish; English is a plus.
Experience in technical assistance or after-sales support for fleets in the commercial vehicle segment.
Experience developing and delivering technical presentations and training in the automotive field.
Availability for field work in the state of Paraná, covering the Cascavel and Foz do Iguaçu regions, with service to export markets (Paraguay and Bolivia).
