About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with all internal functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Support independent rep agencies with sales calls, information exchange, and product changeovers.
- Provide input to assist in planning and product forecasting.
- Responsible to create and execute sales forecast and budget.
- Provide market intelligence for pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends to maintain competitive market position and communicate pricing to customers.
- Responsible for prospecting and new account setup and customer order processing utilizing ERP system.
- Represent ZF at trade shows and related industry functions as needed.
- Provide back-up within department and perform related tasks as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS Degree required or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years customer service or sales experience required.
- Automotive/mechanical aptitude and expertise helpful.
- Must possess effective presentation, communication (verbal and written), and organizational skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
