About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer who can operate as a strong individual contributor, owning the end-to-end technical implementation of Salesforce solutions for the ZF Aftermarket business.
Deliver high-quality solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flows, and Lightning App Builder.
Take full ownership of requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and release management.
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and platform-based callouts.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.
Collaborate with global teams and contribute through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a delivery-focused approach.
Experience working in large multinational/global team environments.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to take complete technical ownership.
