About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • End to end employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit)
  • Payroll input validation and coordination for PF, ESI, and PT
  • Compliance with Factories Act and TN Shops & Establishments Act
  • Maintenance of statutory registers, filings, and records
  • Support during inspections, audits, and government authority visits
  • CLRA compliance as Principal Employer
  • Contractor licensing, wage registers, manpower documentation
  • Grievance handling, misconduct investigations, and disciplinary actions
  • Site administration: canteen, transport, access control, ID management
  • Vendor and facilities coordination
  • SEZ manpower reporting and inspection support from HR perspective

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (HR) or equivalent with 12-15 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
  • Strong expertise in HR Business Partnering, Talent & Leadership Development, Performance & Succession Management, HR Governance, Policy & Compliance, Employee Engagement & Culture Building, Data Driven Decision Making and DEI portfolio.
  • Requires 10+ years manufacturing HR experience, strong labour law & IR expertise, hands on leadership, audit confidence, integrity, and clear communication.
