About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise leadership on workforce planning, organization design, change management and employee relations.
- Use HR analytics and engagement insights to drive decisions.
- Partner with C&B on compensation, promotions and workforce risks.
- Lead enterprise-wide capability building, leadership development, HiPo processes and digital learning adoption.
- Manage performance cycles, succession planning, talent reviews and readiness assessments.
- Govern job architecture and career frameworks, while driving effectiveness of digital HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors in this connection.
- Strengthen engagement across the employee lifecycle, enabling leader/manager-owned action planning and surveys.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Business Administration (HR) or equivalent with 12-15 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
- Strong expertise in HR Business Partnering, Talent & Leadership Development, Performance & Succession Management, HR Governance, Policy & Compliance, Employee Engagement & Culture Building, Data‑Driven Decision Making and DEI portfolio.
