About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Main responsible for the Business support with HR activities on the location.
- Advisor/coach to local Leaders on daily HR issues.
- Labor law about day-to-day activities & esp. disciplinary measures.
- Ensuring performance review, potential analysis and people development.
- Support local Leaders by employee contract changes.
- Responsible for a correct and smooth onboarding and offboarding.
- Ensure the observance of HR Compliance, works agreements and regulations and advise and support local leaders with disciplinary measures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- MBA in HR / MSW.
- Professional experience of 4-6 years.
- Excellent consulting expertise and excellent communication skills.
- Service orientation, independence, confidentiality, flexibility, organizational talent.
- Business orientation, moderation competence and analytical skills.
- Excellent conceptual capability.
- Language skills: English & Tamil [Read & Write].
