About the role

  • Execute the regional S&OP process
  • Align and support with Global SCM function and the regional Sales and BL team
  • Coordinate e2e supply chain planning with supplier and customers in the region
  • Deliver required availability / OTIF to all customers in the region.
  • Minimize obsolete and slow-moving stocks
  • Track and improve relevant SCM KPIs (Inventory, availability, OTIF, …).
  • Ensure accurate forecasts and initiate appropriate actions in terms of non-accurate forecasts
  • Ensuring transparency of actions and required deliverables.
  • Implement processes standards and drives digitalization and automation initiatives
  • Reflect and transfer regional Sales & BL developments in terms of demands towards all relevant e-2-e SCM processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with min 10+ Years of experience in supply chain roles, preferably within the automotive sector
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong and effective communication skills for managing different stakeholders and their ambitions.
  • Strong focus to numbers and accuracy.
  • Ability to lead and negotiate between stakeholders.
  • Ensure best FC accuracy and focus to numbers
  • understand the full e-2-e approach and its dependencies and contribute to the expected growth in region IMEA
  • Ability to adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing market conditions or supplier performance.
