About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure, in conjunction with other areas such as Program Purchasing, Quality, Commodity Purchasing the adequate quality of the products and services delivered by the external suppliers.
Lead a team of local supplier quality engineers to ensure full support to the business needs while fostering team cooperation and ZF and customer quality and EHS requirements.
Supplier quality KPI for ZF : ppm, complaint ratio, SNCC, Cost recovery ratio
Supplier readiness status during project gate reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Master Engineering Degree preferred, possible other science related fields
8+ years in supplier/quality environment
Functional competences
8D problem solving, APQP quality planning
ISO 9001 quality management system basics
Auditing, Leading teams, Change management, Fluent English language skills
