About the role
- Implement and configure SAP HCM modules, especially Payroll and Time Management, aligned with global HR processes.
- Ensure stable and efficient operation of HR systems and interfaces across business units.
- Lead IT-related tasks during HR system rollout and enhancement projects.
- Provide expert support to key users during testing, training, and post-Go-Live phases.
- Collaborate with project teams and process owners to manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze and support integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, ensuring data consistency and process alignment across platforms.
- Handle and analyze support tickets from the HR team, identifying root causes and providing effective solutions to ensure smooth system operation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR systems implementation and support, with deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and integration with enterprise systems.
- Desirable: Knowledge of ABAP programming and SuccessFactors configuration/customization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- English (spoken and written) to work effectively in a global team.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
