About the role
- Ensure full service readiness based on the four core areas: service strategy, service concept, design for service, and service capability.
- Secure service readiness for Division E products (transmissions, e axles, components) for OEM and OES customers across relevant regions.
- Act as a project team member within Division E development projects, representing the Aftermarket perspective.
- Guide and influence product development to ensure that all relevant service aspects are integrated early in the process.
- Represent Division B (Aftermarket) and support Division E in cross-divisional product development projects.
- Manage and coordinate the Aftermarket Service Expert Team (EUR), aligning all downstream processes (product management, purchasing, logistics, quality, engineering, sales).
- Drive tasks and deliverables throughout the development process to ensure seamless integration into the aftermarket organization.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and support strategic initiatives related to e mobility service concepts and long term service strategies.
Requirements
- University degree, ideally in engineering, business engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international project work; experience in Sales, Aftermarket, or R&D is a strong advantage.
- Advanced computer skills in Adobe Masters Edition (image & video editing) would been helpful.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with solid project management experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, cultures, and management levels across the organization.
- Technical affinity and willingness to deep-dive into engineering topics when required.
- Passion for E Mobility, new technologies, and innovative business models.
- High sense of ownership with a proven track record of driving results and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication skills; business English required. Additional languages and readiness to travel are an advantage.
