About the role
- Support cross functional problem solving by interpreting engineering prints, driving corrective actions, and developing methodologies to ensure high-quality outcomes for both internal and external customers.
- Independently leads 8D activities, collaborates with customer and supplier quality teams, and contributes to preventing failures through data analysis, testing, and inspection system development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3-4 years of experience (automotive industry preferred)
- Proven creativity and analytical methods with a high-level of attention to detail
- Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management
- Working knowledge of product line(s) and engineering design principles.
- Experience with engineering change systems.
- Advanced understanding of engineering techniques and principles.
