About the role
- Ensure compliance with the visual identity and effective communication of all ZF brands across local markets
- Organize trade shows and events in France and the Benelux region
- Manage all trade fairs and events for France and Benelux in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
- PR management: define, implement, and monitor the PR/media plan
- Coordinate interviews, manage the relationship with our agency, and organize press conferences
- Monitor ZF’s media visibility and disseminate relevant information internally
- Manage the internal ZF shop: procurement, inventory, budget allocations, and KPI follow-up
- Oversee marketing and communication budgets and process invoices for both France and Benelux
- Source and propose new suppliers based on needs
- Set up and maintain the company intranet
Requirements
- University degree, ideally in Marketing or Communications
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in marketing and communications
- Experience in event organization, communication, and marketing for both B2C and B2B audiences
- Project management experience
- Creative thinker and proactive attitude
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; Dutch is a plus
- Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket is an advantage
