About the role

  • Lead end-to-end logistics improvement projects, integrating processes, people and technology, with a focus on productivity, service level, cost and operational scalability
  • Lead multidisciplinary logistics projects involving Logistics, Production Planning and Control (PCP), Production, IT, Finance and external partners
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, lead-time reduction, layout optimization, material flow and capacity
  • Act as the link between logistics operations and digital solutions
  • Evaluate, design and implement logistics technology solutions, such as WMS, TMS, warehouse automation, handheld data collectors (RF scanners) and operational dashboards
  • Manage project schedules, risks, costs and operational impacts
  • Lead change management efforts, including communications, training and user adoption
  • Measure and report results related to productivity, OTIF, inventory accuracy and logistics cost

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping)
  • Solid understanding of technology applied to logistics, beyond theoretical concepts
  • Proven ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders without formal authority
  • Results-driven and hands-on profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
  • Advanced English (speaking, writing and reading)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • Knowledge of SAP WM and SAP EWM
