About the role
- Work with all internal functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Support independent rep agencies with sales calls, information exchange, and product changeovers.
- Provide input to assist in planning and product forecasting.
- Responsible to create and execute sales forecast and budget.
- Provide market intelligence for pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends to maintain competitive market position.
- Responsible for prospecting and new account set up and customer order processing utilizing ERP system.
- Represent ZF at trade shows and related industry functions as needed.
- 50-75% travel required.
- Represent the needs of the customer in accordance with ZF company policies.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree required or equivalent experience
- 3+ years customer service or sales experience required
- Automotive/mechanical aptitude and expertise helpful
- Must possess effective presentation and organizational skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
