About the role
- Support ZF plants in South America through managerial analysis of results
- Support product profitability processes by identifying potential variances based on cost variation analysis
- Conduct feasibility studies for make-or-buy projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and cost engineering
- Lead and control investment (CapEx) processes: approvals, monitoring, and documentation
- Prepare and analyze quotations, ensuring assumptions and consistency in the cost structure
- Propose improvements to controls, procedures, and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Experience in controllership/finance
- Experience with SAP FI/CO preferred
- Analytical and organized, with a sense of priorities, good communication skills, and autonomy to manage tasks
- Available to work in a hybrid model at the Sorocaba/SP plant
