About the role
- To manage COEM brake control product project as TPM Lead team to plan and manage design & development process so that customer requirements (scope & timing) and budget targets are achieved.
- To interface with customers to understand customers’ requirements and to communicate with customers through informal and formal presentations and meetings.
- Drive to continual improve engineering cost, BOM cost, product performance, and customer satisfaction.
- To maintain and establish good relationships with customers
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in electronic, software or automation;
- Above 8-10 years’ experience in automotive or related, brake control product relevant is a plus.
- Solid knowledge and strong experience in technical project management, COEM (eg.Geely/GWM etc) project experience is a plus;
- Strong customer focus is required, Technical project manager as a plus;
- Good at team work and excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills;
- Fluent in both written and oral English.
- Flexible to travel.
