About the role
- Participation at the concept design and implementation of plastic production equipment.
- Train the plant setter & operators of operating and setting up of injection molding machine, tools and equipment.
- Release of the production process after SOP.
- Conceptual design and support of the implementation of an efficient service and maintenance of equipment and tools.
- Implementation and securing of standards, directives and guidelines for the production process.
- Support of the development, formulation and implementation of quality standards.
- Participation of equipment / tools capacity planning and investment planning.
- Together with ZFPS using the lean methods to optimize the production process from layout planning, line balancing, change-over, standardization work and so on.
- To participate the sample / OTS manufacturing & parameters verification & optimization.
- To complete related tasks as the role of production / process planner in project team, e.g. support PCT / new quotation, material flow simulation, production layout planning, process planning per APQP requirement etc.
Requirements
- Min. 8 years' solid experience in plastic manufacturing process as a production planner or process engineer in automotive industry.
- Good experience in injection molding industry with set-up, starting and operating of injection molding machines and tools as well as defining and optimizing of process parameters.
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or similar.
- Good writing and speaking ability in English is needed.
- Basic Knowledge of the German language is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SAP, Auto CAD, 3D CAD/CAM/CAE. CATIA is plus.
