About the role
- Responsible for Industrialization of new products and processes
- Support in daily operations to fulfill production targets
- Responsibility for standardization of production processes
- Responsibility Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)
- Responsibility for Innovation, Digitalisation, Cost Down
- Overall responsibility for all Production planning activities (Footprint Analysis, Customer Quotation Projects, Industrialization of new products)
- Responsibility and interface all production planning functions in the plant
- Layout planning and roadmaps
- Automatisation roadmaps - Robot/Cobot/Dobot..other
- Responsible for Prototype shop operation
- Technical specification of machines and toolings and their start and ramp-up
- Capacity and invest planning
- Ensure use of Process FMEA to reduce risk
- Implementation of standard processes and tools
- Engineering Change Management and Masterdata Maintenance
Requirements
- Academic degree in technical field or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
- Engineering background
- ZF PS Lean principles
- Product & Process Knowledge
- Problem Solving Knowledge
