About the role
- Analyze business processes and propose improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with business teams to identify automation opportunities
- Provide consulting and technical support to all five GSSO regions (Poland, China, India, Mexico, Brazil)
- Contribute to strategic projects improving team efficiency and working conditions, collaborates with teams outside GSSO on those initiatives
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation solutions
- Build automation tools using technologies such as VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) and PowerApps
- Support the leadership of the Lean Service initiative to identify further improvement areas and promoting a continuous improvement culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, IT or Finance
- 3+ years of progressive experience in one or more accounting/finance functions
- Fluent in English with excellent communication, time management, and task ownership
- Experience in Microsoft Excel VBA, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft SQL
- Previous experience with Lean and Six Sigma would be viewed favorably
- Solid analytical, project management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, organized, and accuracy with attention to detail, adaptable to changing business requirements, open-minded, collaborative, and decisive
- Active listening, fast learner and ability to absorb complex information and translate business needs into technical solutions.
