About the role
- Administer the benefits portfolio, analyzing and controlling invoices, and evaluating results, costs, and quality of services provided;
- Verify meal, food and transportation allowances and other benefits provided to employees;
- Assist in the administration of health insurance, dental plan, and other benefits;
- Process enrollments and terminations for benefit registrations and verify payments to service providers;
- Research new benefits, staying informed of market practices with the goal of always seeking the best cost–benefit ratio for the company and employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
- Experience managing health contracts (medical plan, dental plan, life insurance);
- Preferably experience in corporate environments serving multiple locations;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Sorocaba.
