About the role
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing) and traditional (print, events, partnerships) channels.
- Analyze campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI); generate reports to share with stakeholders and adjust strategies based on findings.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and timely execution.
- Regular market visit to identify customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends; use insights to refine target audience profiles and campaign approaches.
- Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
- Support lead generation efforts, including managing email marketing workflows, landing page optimization, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Monitor brand reputation online, respond to customer inquiries or feedback, and escalate issues as needed.
- Performs other duties as directed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive parts industry.
- Knowledge of the Indonesia and the Philippines's market dynamics, cultural differences, and consumer behavior.
- Understanding of the automotive industry and its trends and challenges.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Computer skills – command of Microsoft Office programs, Photoshop as a plus.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content across different formats and channels.
- Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw insights from it.
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques, such as Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and marketing research tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
