About the role

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by leading all customer-related quality topics
  • Manage customer claims from end to end (analysis, containment, 8D/problem-solving, follow-up, and on-time closure)
  • Implement and promote continuous improvement methodologies to enhance quality performance and prevent recurrence

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar position
  • Problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa), audit techniques, and automotive quality standards
  • Tools: Microsoft 365
  • Advanced English & French. German is a plus
  • Methodical, analytical, autonomous, and strong teamwork skills
