About the role
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing all matters related to customer quality
- Manage customer complaints end-to-end (analysis, containment, 8D/problem resolution, follow-up and closure within deadlines)
- Implement and promote continuous improvement methodologies to strengthen quality performance and prevent recurrence.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position.
- Technical skills: Problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa), auditing techniques, and automotive quality standards.
- Tools: Microsoft 365.
- Languages: Advanced English and French. German is a plus.
- Personal qualities: Methodical, analytical, autonomous, and a team player.
