About the role

  • Leading problem solving or 8D /A3 or QRQC activities in the plant and submit 8D /A3 or QRQC that related Quality of Manufacturing processes on time.
  • Support some case that related Quality Manufacturing problems and travelling to customer sites with Customer Quality Engineer and premises to resolve arising issues.
  • Communicating and responding all matters related Quality Manufacturing and support customer complaint or support product analysis coordinate job with Customer Quality Engineer.
  • Containing follow action internal problems, Registration issue to internal record cases status.
  • Initiating all internal plant quality issues, follow up the progress of corrective action and verify the effectiveness of result.
  • Providing support in relation to quality plans for new programs as defined by the Project Team, lead for Inspection result / MSA any Quality Manufacturing PPAP activity request.
  • Directing interface with SMARTLPA / Internal audit and special audit program, which assigns by Leader.
  • Distribution of Quality DNA / 10 Golden rule training to our Internal employees.
  • Participating the Technical Change activity; update related document/activity if QE responsibility is affected by change.
  • Routinely analyzing the quality data by mean of graphical analysis, process capability analysis etc.
  • Maintain Quality Manufacturing performance and improve to meet KPIs or Targets.
  • Join with Internal Quality Event and applying or upgrading quality build-in process.
  • Responsibility to control Calibration of gauges / Judgement and Inspection instrument.
  • Create and review Inspection Standard support to Incoming Quality Technician when new project has lunch.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (Preferably in Automotive/Mechanical/Industrial Engineer) or related field.
  • At least 5-year experiences in automotive manufacturing environment preferably in assembly process quality management.
  • Have knowledge of suspension system and associated parts; understand the function of each individual part is a plus.
  • Have knowledge of quality engineering techniques and experience in Project Management /APQP activities and using various quality tools i.e. PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, 8D, Process Capability Analysis, Graphical Analysis etc.
  • Have Certification of internal auditor for all systems: IATF16949, ISO14001, VDA 6.3 audit is a plus.
  • Experience in improving process capabilities and familiar with Fool Proof (Poke Yoke) devices.
  • Have problem-solving skills, analytical skills and decision-making skills and report writing skills.
  • Good in English language.
  • Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office, Minitab, SAP, Drawing reading knowledge etc.
