About the role

  • Maintain business relationship with EC dealers; implement company’s strategy of EC channel development.
  • Guarantee company’s profits and business quantities with EC channels.
  • Manage dealer input and output, negotiate orders, ensure sales KPI.
  • Support dealers to sell out ZF spare parts, recommend new product line to the dealers.
  • Provide training to dealer’s sales team on product and business knowledge to help them grow the sales.
  • Regularly monitor dealers performance, back order, inventory and forecast.
  • Cooperate with CatMan and PM by providing competitors’ price, samples and activities if necessary.
  • Understand the EC channel operation and competition status and provide feedback and suggestions on fine tune EC channel approaches.
  • To develop new dealers and follow up key projects of EC channel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in sales and marketing preferred.
  • At least 3 years in sales or business development position, sales knowledge in automobile aftermarket or E-commerce is preferred.
  • Have the ability/experience to develop dealers in target channels, be good at customer management.
  • Results oriented, can work under pressure.
  • Ambitious and aggressive, but a good team player.
  • English reading and business travel is a must.
  • Good computer skills with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint; good analytical skills and mindset.
