About the role
- Manage projects within ZF Aftermarket's digital solutions area, establishing a robust framework for monitoring and executing them
- Oversee solution implementation with customers and the broader ecosystem
- Ensure customer satisfaction by continuously collecting feedback and implementing necessary business actions
- Work in close collaboration with ZF teams distributed globally to secure the resources and expertise required to execute projects
- Maintain clear organization and a prioritized task list, and contribute to the development of business plans
- Prepare and lead business cases in collaboration with other business areas
- Work together with suppliers and technical peers to ensure compliance, product homologation, and other business requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Automotive experience, including telemetry, diagnostics, insurance, fleet management, and industry innovations
- Relevant experience in developing digital automotive projects, IT, customer management, and innovation initiatives
- Advanced business English required
- Spanish is a plus
- Proven experience developing and leading highly complex projects
- Skills related to Software as a Service (SaaS) and its technical components (experience with AWS is a plus)
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Campinas, SP
