About the role
- Manage full-spectrum HR operations, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate reports for decision-making.
- Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and Singapore employment laws.
- Support employee engagement, learning, and performance initiatives.
- Oversee office administration, procurement, vendors, and welfare activities
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ HR operations or generalist experience in Singapore.
- Proficient in HRIS, Excel, and HR reporting tools.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with professionalism and discretion.
