About the role

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic customers in Thailand.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market developments to management.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • Education background in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial sales and rail related segment in prefer.
  • Strong understanding of the Thai industrial market and local business practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Thai and English is required.
