About the role
- Claim management -manage customer complaints, leading problem solving process: immediate feedback to customer, install containment actions at supply chian to avoid customer escalation, review quality of 8D review, present 8D towards customer as necessary.
- PPAP documents collection, review and submission.
- Customer satisfaction monitoring and improvement.
- Customer specific requirement identification and implementation internally.
- Deviation requests application and if necessary follow up to have in time customer approval.
Requirements
- Min. 3-5 years customer management experience on machining/ stamping/forging/electrical components
- Familiar with 5 core tools(APQP、FEMA、MSA、SPC、PPAP)
- Problem sloving ability: familiar 8D,QC 7tools,5Why.
- 6igma GB prefered
- Ability on reading print and good at GD/T.
