About the role
- Deliver technical ZF product training to our customers on trailer, truck, and bus-related braking & safety systems, as well as transmission systems.
- Develop training programs, training materials, and didactic tools.
- Support planning and maintain customer communication.
- Keep product and market knowledge up to date and respond to market inquiries and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Network Management & Technical Customer Support Team.
Requirements
- Relevant hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing trailer braking systems, safety systems, and truck/bus transmission technology.
- Skilled in conveying theoretical and practical knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Office and presentation techniques.
- Commercial mindset and strong social skills.
- Fluent Dutch speaker with good command of English.
- Willingness to conduct training at customer locations (primarily in the Netherlands, occasionally in the Benelux region).
