About the role
- Map, optimize and standardize operational processes that support the marketplace
- Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency and increase accuracy
- Ensure correct operation and reconciliation of payment flows, seller payouts, commissions and fees
- Monitor operational SLAs, queues, incidents and key metrics, proposing continuous improvements
- Identify and resolve recurring issues, creating structured action plans
- Support the product team on initiatives requiring operational analysis, testing and validation of new features
- Track indicators such as payout rate, average settlement time, operational costs and root causes of failures
- Produce operational performance analyses and reports for executive leadership, with insights and recommendations
- Ensure compliance, governance and accuracy of financial information processed by the platform.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems or related fields
- Experience in marketplace operations, e-commerce, fintechs, payment services or transactional environments
- Knowledge of payment gateways, payment splitting (split payments), financial reconciliation and payout models
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data manipulation
- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to work with high volumes of information
- Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Previous experience with automations, integrations or operational efficiency projects
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Preferred: Familiarity with automotive aftermarket processes.
