About the role

  • Manage customer requests and requirements throughout the contract period, ensuring prompt and effective service.
  • Provide technical support related to portal features, API integration and other solution capabilities.
  • Conduct training sessions for client teams, ensuring correct use of the tools.
  • Support the resolution of technical issues and follow up on incidents until they are resolved.
  • Collect and process new orders, ensuring alignment with commercial policies.
  • Monitor satisfaction and churn metrics, proposing preventive and corrective actions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (IT, Sales, Engineering) to ensure value delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Technical Support or After-Sales, preferably in the automotive or technology sector.
  • Knowledge of system integrations (APIs) and digital platforms.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and presentations.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
  • Strong communication skills, proactivity and results orientation.
  • Experience with telematics solutions and vehicle connectivity is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automotive aftermarket processes is a plus.
