About the role
- Manage customer requests and requirements throughout the contract period, ensuring prompt and effective service.
- Provide technical support related to portal features, API integration and other solution capabilities.
- Conduct training sessions for client teams, ensuring correct use of the tools.
- Support the resolution of technical issues and follow up on incidents until they are resolved.
- Collect and process new orders, ensuring alignment with commercial policies.
- Monitor satisfaction and churn metrics, proposing preventive and corrective actions.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (IT, Sales, Engineering) to ensure value delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience and internal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Technical Support or After-Sales, preferably in the automotive or technology sector.
- Knowledge of system integrations (APIs) and digital platforms.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and presentations.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Strong communication skills, proactivity and results orientation.
- Experience with telematics solutions and vehicle connectivity is a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive aftermarket processes is a plus.
