About the role
- Perform accounts receivable routines
- Execute accounting and posting processes for customer payments, including bank transactions, processing of boleto payments, and analysis of bank and asset accounts
- Contribute to account control and cash flow monitoring, ensuring accuracy of financial information
- Manage collection of overdue receivables, keep the customer ledger up to date, and perform financial reconciliations
- Support audits by providing data and documentation required to validate processes
- Assist in process improvements and the implementation of digitization projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Advanced English
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Solid experience in Accounts Receivable
- Availability to work in Sorocaba
