About the role
- Responsible for creating and implementing timely regional product range development plans for respective product line/s to achieve defined KPI targets derived from business/ customer requirements
- Initiation and coordination of new product introduction process (NPI) and product relocation process incl. control of the overall product introduction process until stock availability
- Coordinates regular visual and technical benchmarking of product line against competitor offering, providing input for product positioning statement
- Supports workstream activities defined in regional category strategy
- Responsible for maintaining product master data in different ERP systems for respective product line/s
- Coordinates cross referencing against competitors and OEM with data team to guarantee customer range demands are fulfilled
- Support of other functions during the product life cycle, e.g. supporting product requests via Email/Hotline/Phone
- Representing product category as a product expert and supporting sales team in customer meetings
- Supporting of customer & market needs, observing market demand and product extension.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years‘ experience in OES/IAM/Service sales processes & business
- Experience in product management and or product engineering in Automotive
- Knowledge of Independent Automotive Aftermarket
- Min. Bachelor’s degree
- Problem-solving skills & outcome-orientation
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Fluent written and spoken English.
