About the role
- Manage and develop a team of approximately 40 employees
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, packaging operations, and picking processes
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through process improvements and automation initiatives
- Track and analyze KPIs, implement corrective actions, and enhance performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards
- Collaborate on strategic projects within the Global Logistics Excellence Center
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics operations and team leadership
- strong leadership skills
- ability to solve problems effectively and promptly
- strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inbound/outbound flows, and operational planning
- analytical mindset with experience in process optimization and automation
- ability to make strategic decisions and lead teams in a fast-paced logistics environment
- communicative level of English and Czech
- advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- willingness to work in a structured 2 shifts system (operating hours: 6:00–22:00), occasionally Saturdays
