About the role

  • Managing daily operations of the logistics center, ensuring smooth and efficient processes in line with project and business requirements
  • Leading and developing approx. 150 employees on your shift
  • Ensuring operational performance, adherence to KPIs, and continuous improvement of processes
  • Creating and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, in accordance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Contributing to complex logistics projects — such as network design optimization, transportation and distribution channel setup, warehouse layout planning, and expansion initiatives
  • Working in shifts (operating hours: 6:00–22:00 Mo-Fri), occasionally Saturdays

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar logistics leadership role
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics processes (inbound/outbound, picking, packaging, inventory)
  • Fluent English and Czech, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a hands-on, proactive mindset
  • Experience in managing logistics-related projects or operational expansions is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically while managing operational details
