About the role
- Ensure optimal processing of orders and delivery schedules, including coordinating delivery dates with OEM customers
- Maintain sales master data, manage customer portals, and support SOP/EOP processes
- Monitor confirmed delivery dates and quantities, and cultivate strong customer relationships
- Actively support and successfully implement new projects
- Analyze customer supplier ratings and develop improvement measures
- Monitor contractual agreements, such as compliance with capacity limits
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training with experience in logistics; additional qualification as a logistics specialist or similar is desirable
- SAP knowledge (MM/PP modules)
- Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken, are essential
- Excellent communication and assertiveness skills
- Hands-on mentality
- Proven ability to maintain a structured, solution-focused approach during high workload or pressure
