About the role
- Responsible for the Sales Plan management.
- Support sales to achieve the sales KPIs.
- Responsible for the customer EDI system management.
- Communicate with customers about the regular orders and forecasts.
- Responsible for the monthly sales report about the orders and forecasts.
- Work closely with the “order and logistics specialist” in plants.
- Assist the Manager in improving the internal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in international trade, commerce, finance, & logistics or related majors.
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Sales Admin/Coordination, Customer Services, Planning, or Import & Export function experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Collaborative/coordinative across a variety of functions within the business.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills (cross-country, influencing).
- Good English and Mandarin skills.
